Tahir Shehzad joined the ANZ team in July 2019 following a highly successful career in the IT industry where he specialised in working with algorithms and complexity for the past 15 years. Tahir is a highly experienced professional having 15 years of technology and consulting experience in the areas of requirement gathering, system analysis, design, prototyping, development & project implementation. In providing exceptional service to clients and remaining calm in any situation! He will be bringing his skills to the algorithm development division, sourcing high caliber candidates and will also help support both his clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Tahir brings wealth of international work experience in Project Implementation & Consulting across China, Australia, Thailand and Middle East for Lease/Finance industry clients like BMW Financial Services, Toyota Financial Services, CNH Capital, Nissan Financial Services, Sofinco Bank (Credit Agricole), ISUZU Leasing, Al Amthal Leasing. He is a result oriented business professional with a proven ability to improve customer satisfaction and increase team productivity. Strong work ethics, Team Management and Inter team Co-ordination exposure.
