Director - Legal & Compliances
Venus oversees and manages the legal and compliance functions of the organisation. She has immense experience in developing and implementing compliance policies and procedures starting from creating, updating, and enforcing the organisations policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Venus also performed various compliance audits to ensure that the organization is adhering to its policies and procedures. She has been mentor and a trainer in developing and implementing training programs for employees to ensure that they are aware of the policies and procedures and are knowledgeable about compliance requirements.
Managing relationships with regulators: The Director must maintain positive relationships with regulators and respond to any regulatory inquiries or investigations.
