Principal Consultant - Healthcare & Medical
Osama acts as the key point of contact for candidates, with responsibility for providing information, establishing their personal circumstances, and giving advice and guidance to help them understand the process and make well-informed decisions. He will organise interviews (liaising with the Clinical Manager as necessary) and act as a bridge with the Compliance Team to move nurses through the vetting process efficiently.
He arranges client interviews, provides nurses with pre-interview support, and manages all associated administration/ recruitment processes. At the point of a job offer. Osama will liaise with The Finance, Administration & Compliance Manager to ensure all pre-employment checks and certifications as deemed necessary for the role. He provides excellent support for a seamless transfer to our Pastoral Care Team.
